BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br />accordance with Article XIII, Section 13 -12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23 -10 of the <br />Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Road Lot 4 -B, containing <br />an area of 532 square feet, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 7 -5- 004 -056, delineated on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including all improvements thereon, for public road purposes. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br />William P. Kenoi; (2) the Department of Public Works; (3) Corporation Counsel Lincoln S.T. Ashida; <br />and (4) PRII Westwood Lanihau Expansion LLC, c/o Nancy E.
