District 9's sensitive agricultural and conservation zones should NOT be haphazardly <br /> altered to accommodate developers to the detriment of the ecosystem. Personally, I have some reservations <br /> about the initial Ka'u CDP organization and would like to see final plans. Ideally, I would like to see conservation <br /> and ag zoning remain so in perpetuity. Future generations deserve as much.
