COUNTY OF HAWAII NATE OF HAWAII <br />BILLNO. 205 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 34 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 98-16 RELATING TO <br />APPROPRIATIONS OF THE GENERAL FUND FUND BALANCE FROM <br />PREVIOUS YEAR. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 98-16 increased revenues in the General <br />Fund by $2,200,226 in the Fund Balance from Previous Year account; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 98-16, which set forth <br />appropriations to the expenditure accounts, established an appropriation <br />of $56,500 for Aquatics -Electricity rather than $56,600. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 98-16 is hereby amended <br />by increasing the appropriation to the expenditure account 010-500- <br />5513.02-114 Aquatics -Electricity from $56,500 to $56,600. <br />SECTION 2.
