ORDINANCE NO. 98 32 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 1.0, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 (Parking <br />prohibited during certain hours on certairi`streets; tow -away zone), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the <br />Hawaii County Code (1995 Edition), is amended by the following to be appropriately numbered and <br />to read as follows: <br />"L-1 Kalanianaole Street. mauka side. one hundred feet from each end of the Seaside <br />Restaurant's driveway. between the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m." <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring need <br />not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br />ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the <br />provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
