COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 269 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-2 (NORTH AND SOUTH KONA DISTRICT <br />ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY <br />CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL <br />(A -20a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A -10a) AT KALOKO, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED <br />BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-26:5. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-2, Article '8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br />Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko, North Kona, <br />Hawaii, shall be Agricultural (A-l0a): <br />Beginning at the South corner of this parcel of land, situated on the Northeasterly <br />side of Hao Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning, referred to Government <br />Survey Triangulation Station "Moanuiahea" being 12,624.26 feet South and 2,646.16 feet <br />East and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br />1. 1350 00' 850.00 feet along the Northeasterly side of Hao <br />Street; <br />2. 2250 00' 1,077.56 feet along Lot 6 of Block 7, Kaloko Mauka <br />Subdivision, Increment 2 (File Plan 1010); <br />3. 3200 00' 853.25 feet along Lots 7 and 9 of Block 7, Kaloko <br />Mauka Subdivision, Increment 2 (File <br />Plan 1010); <br />4. 450 00' 1,003.19 feet along Lot 10 of Block 7, Kaloko Mauka <br />Subdivision, Increment 2 (File Plan 1010), <br />to the point of beginning and containing an <br />area of 20.301 Acres, more or less. <br />? <br />':i'? , to <br />
