COUNTY OF HAWAII _ ",'-, STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. BILL NO. 268 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection.(c) South Hilo, as amended by Ordinance No. 97-110, is amended as follows: () Kalanianaole Street, mauka side, from Kamehameha Avenue to [its eastern terminus.] a point one hundred feet west of the Seaside Restaurant driveway, SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), as amended, is, amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: () Kalanianaole Street mauka side, from a point one hundred feet east of the Seaside Restaurant driveway to Leleiwi Street. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 (Parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow -away zone), of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1997 edition), as amended by Ordinance No. 98-32, is amended to read as follows: Section 24281. Schedule 29. Parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow -away zone. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle [except in accordance with ]between the hours specified herein upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows: (a) Hamakua (b) North Hilo (1) Old Mamalahoa Highway, mauka side, at Papaaloa, beginning at a point two hundred thirty-three feet on the Hilo side of Kaiwilahilahi Bridge for a distance of one hundred fifty-four feet in the Hilo direction from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -1-
