permitted work is covered or concealed without inspection, the plumbing contractor <br /> will provide verification that the concealed work complies with all the provisions of <br /> this chapter. Should the authority having jurisdiction condemn any of said work or <br /> equipment as not being in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, notice in <br /> writing to that effect shall be given to the permit holder engaged in the work or <br /> posted at the job site. <br /> (g) Within a reasonable time thereafter, the work or equipment shall be altered or <br /> removed as required, and necessary changes shall be made so that all such work and <br /> equipment may fully comply with the provisions of this chapter before further work <br /> is connected on or with the condemned work or equipment. In default, the plumbing <br /> contractor shall be liable to the penalties provided in this chapter, and any and every <br /> owner, contractor or other person engaged in construction of the building or <br /> structure, or otherwise, covering or allowing to be covered such portion of work or <br /> equipment, or removing any notice not to cover same placed thereon by the authority <br /> having jurisdiction shall likewise be liable to the penalties provided for in this <br /> chapter. <br /> SECTION 8.
