COUNTY OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 73 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawaii County Code to match existing conditions. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking at anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: (c) South Hilo (1) Ainako Avenue, Hamakua side, between Kaumana Drive and the Ernest B. de Silva School entrance. (2) Alenaio Drive, makai side. (3) Anderton Camp Roadway, Hilo side, for its entire length. (4) `Anela Street, mauka side, between Kawailani Street and Puainako Street. (5) Atipuni Street, both sides, for a distanee of t,�ve hundr-ed feet from its inter-seetio with TI -lace.
