COUNTY OF HAWAII Mr STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 261 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 84 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 <br />EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-268, schedule 16 (Turn right anytime <br />with caution), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended <br />by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />Pohakulani Street at its intersection with Ainaola Drive for vehicles traveling in <br />the Puna direction. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-268, schedule 16 (Turn right anytime <br />with caution), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />Kahakai Boulevard at its intersection with Punawai Street for vehicles traveling in <br />the mauka direction. <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring need not <br />be included. <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br />ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the <br />provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 5.
