NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor and Grantee agree as follows: <br /> THAT THE Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO /100 <br /> DOLLARS ($10.00) paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in <br /> further consideration of the covenants and conditions herein contained by Grantee to be <br /> observed and performed, does hereby bargain, sell, assign and grant unto the said Grantee, <br /> and its successors and assigns, perpetual and nonexclusive right and easement in, upon, <br /> through, over, under and across the Grantor's Property for pedestrian public access purposes <br /> as indicated thereon, including without limitation, the construction, reconstruction, <br /> installation, maintenance, operation, replacement and repair of improvements constructed for <br /> said purposes (collectively "Public Access Easements "), as follows: <br /> Pedestrian Public Access <br /> 1. Easement P -1 for pedestrian public access purposes (containing a total area of <br /> 0.165 acre) affecting Lot 70 -J -1, being further identified as TMK: <br /> (3) 2 -8- 008:003, as more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on <br /> Exhibits 1 and 1 -A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; <br /> 2. Easement P -2 for pedestrian public access purposes (containing a total area of <br /> 0.196 acre) affecting Lot 7, being further identified as TMK:(3) 2 -8- 008:041, <br /> as more particularly described in Exhibit B and depicted on Exhibits 1 and <br /> 1 -A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; <br /> 3. Easement P -6 for lateral pedestrian public access and parking purposes <br /> (containing a total area of 0.25 acre) affecting Lot 23, being further identified <br /> as TMK:(3) 2 -8- 008:151, as more particularly described in Exhibit C and <br /> depicted on Exhibits 1 and 1 -B, attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br /> herein; <br /> 4. Easement P-6 -A for lateral pedestrian public access purposes (containing a <br /> total area of 16,800 square feet) affecting Lot 22, being further identified as <br /> TMK:(3) 2 -8- 008:150, as more particularly described in Exhibit D and <br /> depicted on Exhibits 1, 1 -B and 1 -D, attached hereto and incorporated by <br /> reference herein; <br /> 5. Easement P -6-B for lateral pedestrian public access purposes (containing a <br /> total area of 33,373 square feet) affecting Lot 21, being further identified as <br /> TMK:(3) 2 -8- 008:149, as more particularly described in Exhibit E and <br /> depicted on Exhibits 1,1 -B and 1 -E, attached hereto and incorporated by <br /> reference herein; <br /> 4- <br />
