COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 116 11 <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE HAWAII COUNTY COUNCIL <br />REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE WESTERN <br />INTERSTATE REGION (WIR), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES (NACo), <br />ON BEHALF OF THE HAWAII STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES. <br />WHEREAS, the Hawai`i State Association of Counties (HSAC) has designated Hawai`i <br />County to fill one of two seats for the position of WIR Director; and <br />WHEREAS, HSAC further requests that this council designate an alternate to the <br />member serving as a WIR Director; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />Council Vice Chair K.
