Then that way all 4 counties would have representation on either WIR or NACO. So those were the names that were approved at the county council meeting for the 1 NACo Board seat that Kauai has typically represented". We get 1 for just being in NACo, we get 1 for having 100% of our counties participating in HSAC and we've been lucky enough to get a Presidential appointee for so many years".
