Arnett <br />Housing Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Transmittal of an ordinance to amend ordinance no. 11- <br />59, as amended, the operating budget for the County of <br />Hawaii for the fiscal year ending 2012 recommended <br />for approval by the HCHA on July 21, 2011. <br />The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted <br />an Ordinance to amend ordinance no. 11 -59, as amended, the <br />operating budget for the County of Hawai'i for the fiscal year <br />ending 2012 for approval to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency and <br />received approval on July 21, 2011. The votes for the Ordinance <br />are as follows: <br />AYES: J. Yoshimoto, B. Ford, P. Hoffmann, B. Smart, F. <br />Blas, A. Pilago, D. Yagong -- 7 <br />NOES:None <br />ABSENT AND EXCUSED: D. Ikeda, D.
