Hawai‘i County Council-24 August 3, 2011 <br /> <br />Bill 64: TERMINATES IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ID) NO. 17, CANCELLATION OF <br />ASSESSMENT INSTALLMENTS, AND DISTRIBUTION OF REFUNDS FOR <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 17 (KALOKO <br />SUBDIVISION) <br />Pursuant to Hawai‘i County Code, Section 12-28.1, the Finance Director has <br />determined that all outstanding or anticipated debts or obligations of the ID have <br />been paid or can be satisfied with the assessments paid to-date.
