Easement IR -1 <br />For Irrigation Purposes <br />Over and Across Portions of Lalamilo Road and Puu Huluhulu Road <br />At Waikoloa, Lalamilo and Lihue, Waimea, South Kohala, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii <br />Beginning at the east corner of this easement, being also along the west side of Mamalahoa Highway (F.A.P. <br />Project 10 -D), the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU <br />PA" being 6,770.75 feet North and 9,460.40 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true <br />South: <br />1. 6° 00' 10.00 feet along the west side of Mamalahoa Highway (F.A.P. <br />Project 10 -D); <br />2. 96° 00' 602.72 feet along Lot 8 of Lalamilo Farm Lots (HSS Plat 420); <br />3.
