Chapter 9, article 1, section 9 -5 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 <br />Edition, as amended) is amended by amending the following definition to read as follows: <br />[ "Assistant "] "Authority Having Jurisdiction or AHJ" means the authorized representatives <br />of the administrative authority. <br />SECTION 3.
