O. Box 6908, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. These funds are <br />being given to the Hawaii Police Department to help cover the costs to bring a canine trainer <br />to Hilo to work with a dog and handler. <br />Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the <br />funds into the Hawai'i Police Department's miscellaneous "Training" account. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Nod Ishii of the Hawai'i Police <br />Department, at 961 -2273. <br />Comm.
