Ford, Council Member ?-11-4-‘4 <br />XL <br />SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 140 -11 Requesting the Hawaii State <br />Association of Counties to Include in its 2012 Legislative Package a Resolution <br />Urging the Legislature of The State of Hawai'i to Amend Chapter 188, Hawai'i <br />Revised Statutes Relating to Prohibiting the Sale of Aquatic Life for Aquarium <br />Purposes and Amend Existing Section 188F -4, Hawai`i Revised Statutes <br />Please see below a proposed amendment to Exhibit 1 which is attached to Exhibit A to <br />Resolution No. 140 -11. The proposed amendment is illustrated below in Ramseyer format and <br />bolded for emphasis.
