No. 134-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:33 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 134-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 134-11, transmitted via Communication No. 337, from Assistant Corporation <br /> Counsel Katherine Garson, dated September 6, 2011, accepts the dedication of a portion of Road <br /> Lots R-1, R-2 and R-3, being a portion of tax map key: (3)7-7-028:por. 17, situated at Pahoehoe <br /> 3`d, Pahoehoe 4th, La'aloa 1St, La'aloa 2nd and Kapalaalae 1St, District of North Kona, County and <br /> State of Hawai`i (Ali`i Heights, Unit 2, Phase II), from Towne Keauhou LLC.
