No. 137-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:33 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 137-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 137-11, transmitted via Communication No. 340, from Assistant Corporation <br /> Counsel Katherine Garson, dated September 6, 2011, accepts the dedication of a portion of Road <br /> Lots R-1 and R-2, being a portion of tax map key: (3)7-7-029:por 31, situated at La'aloa 1st, <br /> La'aloa 2nd and Kapalaalae 1St, District of North Kona, County and State of Hawai`i, (Ali`i <br /> Heights, Unit 2, Phase V) from Towne Keauhou LLC.
