No. 151-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:33 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation,to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 151-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 151-11, transmitted via Comm. 360, from Assistant Corporation Counsel <br /> Katherine Garson, dated September 8, 2011, accepts a bill of sale for sewer facilities for Ali`i <br /> Heights Subdivision, Unit 2, Phases I thru V, District of North Kona, Island of Hawaii, State of <br /> Hawai`i, from Towne Keauhou LLC. <br /> Towne Keauhou LLC is desirous of granting these sewer facilities located in the Ali`i Heights <br /> Subdivision, including all pipelines, equipment, structures and other related facilities in the Ali`i <br /> Heights Subdivision, to the County of Hawaii.
