No. 152-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:33 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 152-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 152-11, transmitted via Communication 361, from Assistant Corporation <br /> Counsel Katherine Garson, dated September 8, 2011, accepts a bill of sale for sewer facilities for <br /> Ali`i Heights Subdivision, Unit 1, Phases I thru III, District of North Kona, Island of Hawai`i, <br /> State of Hawai`i, from Towne Keauhou LLC. <br /> Towne Keauhou LLC is desirous of granting these sewer facilities located in the Ali`i Heights <br /> Subdivision, including all pipelines, equipment, structures and other related facilities, to the <br /> County of Hawai`i.
