No. 154-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:33 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 154-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 154-11, transmitted via Communication No. 363, from Assistant Corporation <br /> Counsel Katherine Garson, dated September 8, 2011, accepts a grant of easement and bill of sale <br /> for sewer facilities for Ali`i Heights Subdivision, Unit 2 Phase II (Road Lot R-5), District of <br /> North Kona, Island of Hawaii, State of Hawai`i, from Towne Keauhou LLC. <br /> Towne Keauhou LLC is desirous of granting these easements and sewer facilities located in the <br /> Ali`i Heights Subdivision, including all pipelines, equipment, structures and other related <br /> facilities, to the County of Hawai`i.
