SUBJECT: Power Point presentation for Governmental Relations Committee, October 4th
Requesting 90 minutes on the Governmental Relations Committee to allow Senator Malama
Solomon, along with Senator Donovan Dela Cruz and Senator Gilbert Kahele, to present a 45
minute presentation on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 in regards to the Hawaiian Recognition Senate
Bill 1520 (which became Act 195, on 7/6/2011) and Public Land Development Corporation
Senate Bill 1555 (which became Act 055, on 5/20/2011). Please allow for another 45 minutes
for questions and discussions to occur.
Attached is a Power Point presentation titled Agribusiness Development Corporation from the
office of Senator Donovan Dela Cruz, which will be used in the above referenced presentation to
the Governmental Relations committee.
