Ongoing Provision is made to allow for attendance by observers during all ballot processes. <br />Members of the public may observe all ballot processes. <br />The County Elections Official will determine the number of observers based on space and staff <br />availability. <br />The Election Official may conduct tours and /or access to the public for educational and /or <br />media purposes, not classified as official observers. <br />See Appendix 1 for Sample Observer Rules. <br />
