COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />J�tY Ui M::Y <br />a; ;a <br />Irt OF•N►..P <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. <br />140 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11-40, SECTION 2, AUTHORIZATION <br />OF BONDS, OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING ALL OR A <br />PORTION OF THE COSTS OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AUTHORIZED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11-40, section 2, is amended to read as follows: <br />"SECTION 2: Authorization of Bonds.
