Any state or county agency <br /> 4 that purchases or leases any covered electronic device shall <br /> 5 require each prospective offeror to certify compliance with this <br /> 6 chapter. Failure to provide certification shall disqualify the <br /> 7 prospective offeror. " <br /> 8 SECTION 2 . Section 339D-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is <br /> 9 amended as follows: <br /> 10 1.
