No. 454.1; <br /> Which Amends Bill No. 139; Relating to the Hawai`i Fire Code <br /> At the request of the Hawai`i Fire Department, please see below two proposed amendments to <br /> the amendments contained within Communication No. 454.1. The amendments are illustrated by <br /> Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Communication No. 454.1 and bolded for <br /> emphasis (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through; material to be added is <br /> underscored). <br /> 1. Section 26-13 as provided in Comm. No. 454.1, is amended by amending Section <br /> 1.12.20.1, item (4)to read as follows: <br /> "Permit and fee for section [45.5.2.2.4] 69.1.2 are as follows: <br /> A one-time permit and fee of $50.00 dollars for each [42.5.2.2.4] 69.1.2 permit, <br /> Liquefied Petroleum Gas tank installation of 125 gallons or greater." <br /> 2. Section 26-19, as provided in Comm. No. 454.1, is amended by amending Section <br /> 10.11.1, item (8)(b)iv. to read as follows: <br /> "iv.
