BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 31, Section 2 -165 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 <br />Edition, as amended), a Sister -City program be established between the County of Hawai`i and <br />the good people of La Reunion. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned agreements will be duly signed <br />by the appropriate officials of La Reunion and the County of Hawai`i at a future date by La <br />Reunion to the County of Hawai`i, to occur within six months of the date that this resolution is <br />adopted. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit copies of this resolution <br />to the Honorable Mayor William P.
