Sako <br />Deputy Director <br />C") <br />Re: Request for Executive Session relating to Amendment of Resolution No. 34 -11'' <br />This letter is to provide additional information regarding our request for our amendment <br />to Resolution 34 -11 to be discussed in Executive Session. <br />I would like to clarify that because there is an active procurement in process, and <br />award has not been made, this information is not yet public record per HRS Section <br />103D- 303(d) — "shall be open for public inspection after contract award ".
