No. 473/Res. 190-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> TIME: 3:11 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 190-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution 190-11, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication No. 473, <br /> dated November 22, 2011, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than <br /> one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one (1) multi-function copier for the Department of Parks <br /> and Recreation. <br /> The current copier is over five years old and near the end of its useful life. They wish to replace it <br /> with a unit with comparable features, to be used in their administrative office located in the Aupuni <br /> Center.
