Box 1382 $ 849.00 <br />Kea'au, HI 96749 <br />Rannikks /MJ'S Towing 843 -B Leilani Street $ 562.50 <br />Hilo, HI 96720 <br />Bob's Fencing 200 Kanoelehua Avenue $ 499.99 <br />Hilo, HI 96720 -4648 <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13 -12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides <br />that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts of donations of money, <br />securities or other personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate, and <br />Chapter 2, Article 30, Section 2 -162 (a) of the Hawaii County Code states that any gifts <br />or donations of money, securities, or personal property which fall within the <br />capitalization procedures of the Department of Finance, may be accepted by resolution <br />approved by the Council; and <br />
