COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. . 133 <br />133 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11 -86, SECTION 1, WHICH AMENDED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11 -59, PERTAINING TO THE AMENDMENT OF THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, <br />2012. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this measure is to correct the funding source <br />account number cited in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 11 -86; and is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 -59, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br />appropriating revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />[3301.99] 010.3308.46 Federal Grants - Victims of Crime Act - ARRA General $ 8,892 <br />Total $ 8,892 <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br />underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br />and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
