Section 26 -29. Sprinkler Inspection Tag. <br />13.3.3.2.1 is added to read: <br />13.3.3.2.1 The person, company, or firm conducting the inspection, testing, or <br />maintenance of a Sprinkler system shall affix a tag, sticker, or other form of <br />documentation to that system when completed. Such documentation shall include <br />the date completed, the company name and contact information, the technician <br />performing the test, and the results of such test. All forms of labeling shall <br />maintain legibility for the life of their use. <br />Section 26 -30. Nuisance or False Alarms. <br />13.7.1.4.4.1 is added to read: <br />13.7.1.4.4.1 In the event of excessive false alarms: <br />The Fire Chief may order the building owner, manager, or representative to <br />provide Fire watch as specified in this code. <br />Section 26 -31. Fire Alarm Inspection tag. <br />13.7.3.2.8 is added to read: <br />13.7.3.2.8 The person, company, or firm conducting the inspection, testing, or <br />maintenance of a Fire Alarm system shall affix a tag, sticker, or other form of <br />documentation to that system when completed. Occupant Load Increase. <br />14.8.1.3.1 is amended to read: <br />14.8.1.3.1 With approval of a Hawaii County Building Official, the Fire Chief <br />may allow the occupant load of a building or portion thereof, to be increased from <br />the occupant load established in section 14.8.1.2 of the State Fire Code, and <br />where all other requirements of this code are also met, based on such increased <br />occupant load. <br />Section 26 -33. Water Supply for Fire Protection During Construction. <br />16.4.3.1.1 is amended to read: <br />16.4.3.1.1 A water supply for fire protection, either temporary or permanent, shall <br />be made available as soon as combustible building materials are present. <br />13 <br />
