Mukai of Council District 4 to the County of Hawaii Liquor <br />Commission. Mr. Mukai is a lifeling resiident of Hawaii. He is a financial planner, currently self - employed <br />with Mukai Investment Group. His previous employment was as a financial planner with Morgan Stanley <br />Dean Witter from 1999 to 2006. <br />Mr. Mukai recently completed a full term as a member of the County of Hawai'i Water Board. He is currently <br />the president of the AJA Veterans Council, Sons and Daughters of AJA Veterans and Kumamoto Doshi Kai. <br />Mr. Mukai is a board member of the Hilo High School Alumni Association, Yamaguchi Kenjin Kai, and the <br />Japanese Community Association. He is a member of the Saddle Road Task Force, the Hawai'i Island <br />Chamber of Commerce, Hui Okinawa, Hilo Hongwanji YBA, and the Vulcan Athletic Club. <br />Mr. Mukai states that he is a member of the Democratic Party.
