BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I, in <br />accordance with Article XI? I, Section 13 -12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23 -10 of the <br />Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Lots R -1 and R -2, <br />containing an area of 1.000 and 0.004 acre, respectively, identified as a portion of Tax Map <br />Key: (3) 2 -5- 005:171, delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including all improvements thereon, <br />for public road and drainage purposes. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br />William P.
