In no case shall the stop for the <br /> loading or unloading of freight - ---- • • •• •- - - - - •- e-�i a ��l+�tea4irig of <br /> AND passengers exceed three minutes THE TIME AS ESTABLISHED BY THE <br /> PERTINENT ZONES.
