JNtv...M,!',. <br /> ..Jiy„ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII '- " : STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ,T!of• � .-. <br /> BILL NO. 186 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAI`1 <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to fulfill a request by the Hawai`i Police <br /> Department to provide a tow-away zone within an existing passenger loading zone area to <br /> discourage motorists from misusing the loading zone. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-281, Schedule 29. Parking <br /> prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone, subsection (f), Kona, Hawai'i County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> (f) Kona <br /> (1) Alapa Street, Kona Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (2) Eho Street, Kona Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (3) Kaiwi Street, Kona Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (4) Kaleiopapa Street, mauka side, beginning at a point four hundred ten feet north of <br /> `Ehukai Street and extending four hundred ten feet in the northerly direction. at all <br /> times, except between 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays. <br /> (5) Kamanu Street, Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (6) Kanalani Street, Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (7) Kauhola Street, Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (8) Keanalehu Drive, 8:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. on school days. <br /> (9) Lawehana Street, Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br /> a.m. <br /> (10) Luhia Street, Kona Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (11) Maiau Street, Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (12) Olowalu Street, Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (13) Pawai Place, Kona Industrial Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> (14) Puohulihuli Street, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on school days. <br /> ( ) Ka`ahumanu Place, south side, one hundred twenty feet west of Ali`i Drive and <br /> extending fifty° six feet in the easterly direction,from 6:00 a.m. to 6_00 p.m <br /> eve.ry_dah - — — - - - -- <br />
