REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS <br /> DATE: January 31, 2012 Re: Comm. 546/Res. 219-12 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:10 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Relations, to which was referred Resolution 219-12, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> Resolution 219-12, transmitted by County Clerk Jamae K. K. Kawauchi, via Communication <br /> No. 546, dated January 11, 2012, directs the Clerk of the County of Hawai`i to take necessary action <br /> to place the Charter amendment proposed by Ordinance No. 11-94 on the 2012 General Election <br /> ballot. <br /> Chair K.
