These financial institutions have agreed to the terms and conditions of Article <br /> 5, Chapter 21 of the Code (as amended), and have been categorized as "designated <br /> banks" pursuant to this article. <br /> Attached are copies of the agreements that will be required to be signed by the <br /> designated banks and the borrowers under the sewer connection loan program.
