Section 35-72, Fees, of Bill No. 171, is amended as follows: "Section [35 72] 35-69. Fees. All fees [and fines] collected by the authorized association pursuant to this article or the rules adopted pursuant to section 35-71 shall be accounted for in the financial records maintained by the district board pursuant to section 35-19 and shall be deposited into the account established for the district under this chapter. The financial records of the [Association] authorized association including but not limited to all fees [and fines] collected pursuant to this article shall be subject to review by the [County] public." 14.
