Accountant IV, to be hired within the next <br /> month, shall be responsible for the reimbursement requests with assistance from the <br /> Accountant I. <br /> Instructions shall be given that reimbursement requests shall be compiled monthly <br /> and submitted for reimbursements at least quarterly. During construction of the <br /> project, reimbursements shall be made promptly after receiving progress payment <br /> requests from the contractor. <br /> -11- <br /> <br />
