BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member K. Angel Pilago is hereby <br />nominated to serve as a Director on the Western Interstate Region Board of Directors; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member Brittany Smart be, and is hereby <br />appointed as, the alternate to Council Member K.
