REPORT OF THE <br />COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS AND <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />DATE: March 8, 2012 <br />PLACE: Council Chambers <br />Hawaii County Building <br />25 Aupuni Street <br />Hilo, Hawaii <br />TIME: 1:40 p.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Re: Comm.
