COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 209 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-26 (PAHOA ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, <br />CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION), <br />BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE-FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL — 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS -10) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL — 7,500 <br />SQUARE FEET (CV -7.5) AT PAHOA, PUNA DISTRICT, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX <br />MAP KEY: 1-5-011:008 AND 009. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-26, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Pahoa, Puna District, <br />Hawaii, shall be Village Commercial 7,500 square feet (CV -7.5): <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of this piece of land, being on the north side of <br />Government Main Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "VILLAGE FLAG" being 1,253.21 feet South <br />and 1,775.83 feet East, and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />1. <br />109' <br />20' <br />51.00 feet <br />along the north side of Government <br />Main Road; <br />2. <br />207' <br />42' 30" <br />195.00 feet <br />along Lot 9; <br />3. <br />304' <br />58' <br />102.00 feet <br />along Lot 34 and Lot 35-A; <br />4. <br />28' <br />26' 30" <br />106.72 feet <br />along Lot 6; <br />5. <br />114' <br />30' <br />3.50 feet <br />along Lot 6; <br />6. <br />24' <br />35' <br />58.10 feet <br />along Lot 6; <br />-1- <br />
