Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to correct the Tax Map Key <br /> reference provided in the title of Ordinance No. 12-18 from 2-3-035:070 to 2-2-035:070. <br /> No other changes are proposed to the provisions of Ordinance No. 12-18, including the attached <br /> Exhibit"A." <br /> SECTION 2. The title of Ordinance No. 12-18 is amended to read as follows: <br /> "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM OPEN(0)TO <br /> INDUSTRIAL-COMMERCIAL MIXED—20,000 SQUARE FEET(MCX-20),AT WAIAKEA, <br /> SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY [2 3 035:070.] 2-2-035:070." <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. Material to be added is <br /> underscored. <br /> SECTION 4. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such <br /> invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 5.
