COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .�r`- .rrre 4.4•• <br /> BILL NO. 215 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to designate parking and no parking areas in <br /> an effort to provide adequate sight distance at three driveway locations in the area. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-286.1, Schedule 34.1. Angle <br /> parking permitted areas, subsection (c), Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ( ) Lanihuli Street, from the property line between parcels 2-2-021:025 and 2- <br /> 2-021:043 to its western terminus, in the marked stalls. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,bracketed and stricken material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision G. application, <br /> and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
