No. 615/Bill No. 205 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:15 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 205, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 205, from Council Member Brittany Smart, transmitted via Communication <br /> No. 615, dated February 27, 2012, amends Chapter 24, Article 11, Division 2, Section <br /> 24-309, Schedule 13 (Reserved), by adding a new section relating to prohibited right <br /> turns on private streets in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision: "Section 24-309. <br /> Schedule 13. [Reserved.] Prohibited right turn areas. Whenproperly sign posted, the <br /> following private streets or portions of private streets are designated as prohibited right <br /> turn areas: "(d) Ka`u, (1) Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision., 1.
