The enforcement of operations shall consist of two enforcement <br /> teams, with each team consisting of one minor field researcher, one adult field researcher <br /> and two Hawaii Police Department personnel. <br /> Enclosed is a Resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State <br /> of Hawaii Department of Health for this grant.
