COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 175 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 12 39 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11 -59 AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1.
